Delicatessen will participate in ANUGA 2021

Delicatessen will again be part of the national stand of Bulgaria at this year's edition of the world first convention for the international food industry, namely ANUGA. The exhibition will be held in Cologne, Germany from 09.10.21 to 13.10.21, and Delicatessen will present some of the culinary traditions of Bulgaria in the form of meat delicacies in pavilion H1.1, stand F010g.

We have chosen our favorite and distinctive products – Bansko Craft Salami, Craft Pirin delicacy, Babek and Topuzka, as well as stewed meats in jars will traditionally tempt not only taste aficionados, but those that appreciate quality and form as well.

Our first participation in Anuga in 2019 opened many doors into the European market, which allowed for the successful registration of the Delicatessen trademark in the EU

Bansko Craft Salami, Craft Pirin delicacy, Topuzka, Beef Lukanka, Beef Sudjuk, and stewed meats in jars are now on sale in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and other European countries.

The interest in the brand this year is even greater and we are looking forward for many successful meetings and new partnerships.
