To prepare this meal you need:
Veal meat Delicatessen in a jar
Barbecue sauce
Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
Savory
Spices: garlic, pepper, salt
Oil
For the quick pickle you need:
Green onion
Red onion
Cucumber
Vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt
How to prepare it:
Cut the vegetables for the pickle and fill a jar of your choice with them. Heat the vinegar with the sugar, salt and a little water in a pan on the stove. When the marinade boils, pour the vegetables into the jar, close it and leave it in the cold for 30-40 minutes. Then wash the potatoes well and without peeling them cut them into the shape you want, fry and season with salt, pepper, savory and garlic powder. Stew the beef for 3-4 minutes, pull it with fork. At the end add 1-2 tbsp. barbecue sauce and serve the beef with french fries and pickle.
