Snack ideas with Mama’s Cream

The saying "Eat breakfast alone. Lunch apart with a friend. And dinner - give it to your enemy "only reminds us of the importance of breakfast on the menu. If you have decided not to miss it or if you prepare it for the youngest members of the family and are looking for variety and inspiration, see these two delicious ideas from Harry from @profesiyamama, her family's favorites, including Mama's cocoa cream.

Fried slices of cocoa filling from Mama’s Cocoa Cream

🛒Required products:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml. milk (fresh or nut)
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • a little vanilla essence
  • Mama’s cocoa cream
  • slices of bread (the number depends on their size)

👩🏻‍🍳Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs well together with the milk, fat and vanilla. Spread some of the slices with cocoa cream, place the other slices on them and press with your hands. Dip each glued slice into the beaten eggs on both sides and bake in a pan with a non-stick surface and without adding fat over medium heat (5 of 9).

Quick buns with cocoa filling from Mama’s Cocoa Cream

🛒Required products:

  • 200 g of yogurt (1/2 cup)
  • 270 g of flour
  • 70 ml. oil / olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sol
  • Mama’s cocoa cream

👩🏻‍🍳Method of preparation:

Beat the milk with the baking soda and leave for 5 minutes. Add the fat and the pre-mixed flour, baking powder and salt. Knead a soft dough (add more flour if necessary). Roll out the dough into a round shape on a floured surface and cut into 16 triangles. In the wide part of each triangle is placed 1 tsp. Mama’s cocoa cream and roll from wide to narrow. Arrange on baking paper, spread with beaten egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees with a fan in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes (or until ready).
