Pumpkin cheesecake with Mama’s Cream

A cake you will try and never forget. A cake that you will prepare every time you eat something light and ethereal and when you do not want to waste time in preparation. 🛒Required products:

✔ oil – 150g

✔ plain biscuits – 250g

✔ Mascarpone – 370g

✔ Sour cream – 400g

✔ brown \ coconut sugar – 60-70g

Vanilla cream – 6-7 tbsp. @mamasfoods_bulgaria

👩🏻‍🍳Method of preparation:

1️. Blat:

↪ Crush the biscuits, pour in the melted butter, and knead.

↪ A sheet with a board is formed, in a shape, with a removable bottom.

2️. Cream:

↪ Whip the cream and add the mascarpone. Best with a mixer.

↪ Then, add the sugar and beat.

↪ Once the cream is ready, pour it over the marsh. 🤤

↪ Spread the vanilla cream of @mamasfoods_bulgaria evenly over the cream

Leave the cheesecake in the fridge to cool for an hour or two.
