Petya’s pumpkin pancakes
🛒Required products:
- 200g flour
- 50g white sugar
- 200 ml of fresh milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 100 ml roasted pumpkin puree (or MAMA`s vanilla cream)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
👩🏻🍳Method of preparation:
Mix in a bowl flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the wet ingredients and mix again until a homogeneous mixture. Heat the pancake pan over medium heat and start making the pancakes, the size of which depends entirely on your preferences. When all the pancakes are ready, put a small piece of butter on the last one (while it is still warm) and let it melt. Then pour the pancakes with honey or maple syrup and enjoy! Harry’s pancakes with yogurt and cocoa topping Mama’s
🛒Required products:
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp. yogurt (about 100g)
- 100g flour
- 80 ml. water
- 20 g of coconut oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
👩🏻🍳Method of preparation:
Beat the egg together with the milk and butter. Then add the water and continue beating. Sift the flour and add baking powder. Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and beat everything well so that no lumps form. Bake the pancakes in a pan with a non-stick surface (without adding fat) over medium heat (6 of 9). Serve the yogurt pancakes wrapped in Mama’s cocoa cream.
