✔️200g Mama’s cocoa cream
✔️200ml. Pastry cream
✔️200g Mama’s vanilla cream
✔️200g cocoa biscuits
✔️100g ordinary biscuits
✔️fresh or nut milk for dipping biscuits
👩🏻🍳Method of preparation:
1️. Beat the mascarpone and cocoa cream.
2️. In a separate bowl, beat the cream together with the vanilla cream.
3️. In a suitable container, start arranging the cocoa biscuits first, before dipping each of them in milk for 1-2 seconds.
4️. Spread half of the cream mixture on the cocoa biscuits, arrange ordinary biscuits on top, then spread the whole cocoa mixture, and place the last row of cocoa biscuits on it. Finish with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with crushed biscuits.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 👌🏻
